@yorrike.bsky.social My issue is I have a house, it’s closed in on all sides by other houses and a hill and the roof I have slopes to the south. As a reluctant landlord (the bank was quite insistent I buy a home and income) I’d love to have “basically free electricity” as a feature of the downstairs flat.
