I brew beer as a hobby. Sometimes (but definitely not always) I get drinkable beer as a bonus to share with my friends. Anyway, the brewing is the hobby. And I’m a data nerd so of course I have the fermentation visualised.

Asia-Pacific is about as meaningless a grouping as is possible. Like, 18 time zones, 2/3 of the planet and all four hemispheres (all six if you include the land and water hemispheres).

Makes as much sense as the ethnic grouping in NZ of MELAA - Middle Eastern/Latin American/African.
