I’ve got the day off. So I’m brewing.

My gen 4 Brewzilla. The control panels shows the wert, which the top off can be seen in the vessel, is at 72.2 °C. The wert is a straw colour. I’m brewing a white stout which I’ll later add coffee and cocoa nibs to.
