I thought I was doing OK and getting ahead money-wise. But this weekend I discovered my couch is starting to fall apart. And that my free standing oven/cooktop is slowly dying (It’s either low and slow or FURNACE). So that’s at least a couple of grand that’ll evaporate in the medium term.
