The recipe and calculator reckoned those beer, with this yeast, would end up at ~1.013 SG, which works out to be around 6.7% alcohol by volume. The yeast had different ideas. It’s still fermenting and currently sitting at 7.4%.

A read out of my digital hydrometer saying sognificant gravity is 1.007 and temperature of my fermenting beer is 18.9°C
