Went to check my fermenting beer this morning. I thought my spunding valve was set at 10 psi/68 kPa. I looked at the pressure valve and thought it’d failed and was reading zero, but the gauge had gone all the way around and it was sitting at over 60 psi / 418 kPa(!).
