I brewed a beer today from leftover ingredients. A 4.7 % XPA. 3 hours from start to finish. I’m using an insane yeast this time, a Voss Kveik. It ferments inside 3 days (not 14 like normal). I’m also fermenting under pressure so my kegmentor should carbonate itself too 🍻
