Crazy to think the iPhone used to come in one colour and 3 storage sizes, so 3 SKUs. Now it comes in 2 major bands (pro and not), 2 physical sizes in each band, with a range of colours in each and storage sizes. So 62 SKUs just for the 15. Insane logistics.

Paramount seems to be in financial strife. Paramount owns Star Trek. It’d be great if Apple bought Paramount or offered them a chunk of money for the rights to Star Trek. I’d rather Apple were funding Star Trek (think Silo, Foundation, Severance). Just feels like a good fit.

First full run with my new brakes on my Benno Boost today and holy shit it’s nice to be able to stop. Now to buy a giant sack of brake pads from Amazon so I can replace them in 5 minutes whenever I need to.
Thanks to the Wellington City Council funded Bike Space, I now have the know-how to replace my disc brakes, including adjusting the hydraulic brake pressure/fluid. Skill upgrade! Also, my bike has brakes again, which is… advantageous.

I was intending on voting on election day. But it’ll be quite a busy day, so I’ll just vote over the weekend instead. I love how voting in New Zealand is so much more open and relaxed than what I see from places overseas. People queueing for hours to cast their vote.
