First full run with my new brakes on my Benno Boost today and holy shit it’s nice to be able to stop. Now to buy a giant sack of brake pads from Amazon so I can replace them in 5 minutes whenever I need to.

Thanks to the Wellington City Council funded Bike Space, I now have the know-how to replace my disc brakes, including adjusting the hydraulic brake pressure/fluid. Skill upgrade! Also, my bike has brakes again, which is… advantageous.

Do I spend catastrophic amounts of money on a new iPhone, or do I spend an OK amount and just get the battery in this iPhone 12 mini replaced?

The new iPhone 15 colours are so weak. What’s the point? I want a banana yellow phone, not a yellowed transparent phone. A bright green, not a mould growing on the inside green. And the colours on the pros? So unimaginatively boring.
